When does the trial start?

AstraBeds.com guarantees your comfort, however if there is any reason you are not satisfied with your mattress you may return it anytime within the 90th day after receiving your bed. Unlike the competition, there is no restocking fee. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. All returned products must be received by AstraBeds.com in undamaged condition. Please contact us if you have any questions. Beds and mattresses that are unsanitary or soiled will be refused. Pillows, toppers and adjustable frames are not returnable.

What happens after 90 days?

We offer the longest warranty in the business, a 20 Year Warranty. It's a reflection of our commitment to quality and product integrity. For additional information on our warranty please call our Customer Service Department toll free 1-888-880-0202.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy I: If an order has not shipped and you wish to cancel before 24 hours there will be no cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours of placing it there will be a $19 cancellation fee for orders under $500. Orders over $500 will impose a $39 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy II: If an order is canceled after it has shipped or if it is refused upon delivery, you will be liable for all delivery charges. This includes the cost of shipping the product(s) out to you and the cost of bringing the product(s) back to our distribution center. A mandatory 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all canceled or refused orders that have already shipped. This policy applies to all orders including orders that qualified for free delivery. Order over $2000 will impose a $100 Cancellation Fee.
