We at AstraBeds.com believe
that we have created the world’s best sleep system, but we
also realize that you are buying our products sight unseen.
When does the trial start?
AstraBeds.com
guarantees your comfort, however if there is any reason you are not
satisfied with your mattress, you may return it anytime within the
90th day after receiving your bed to exchange your mattress for one
of our other comfort level mattresses, at no charge to you! You
would only be responsible for any price difference between your
original mattress and your replacement one. We do not charge you a
restocking fee, and we do not charge you to reship the replacement
mattress to you! We will provide you with one complimentary mattress
exchange at no charge. By working closely with our customers to
match them with the best mattress based upon each ones specific
preferences and needs, we strive to provide you with the best
mattress the first time, however you do have the peace of mind
knowing that we will exchage your mattress during our 90 night sleep
exchange trial period if needed. Simply call us and we will discuss
your concerns and suggest the best possible replacement mattress for
you based upon your needs. After deciding which replacement mattress
is right for you, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number.
You then would send the mattress back to us. (Please note: All beds
must be returned in like-new condition - no holes, stains or odors
such as cigarette - to qualify for a comfort exchange. Customers are
responsible for any shipping costs incurred during return shipping.

happens after 90 days?
We offer the longest warranty
in the business, a 20 Year Warranty. It's a reflection of our commitment to quality and product
