Why should I get a new mattress?

Traditional innerspring mattresses only have a shelf life of about five to seven years. After that, they stop providing support, so you’ll wake up groggy and sore. A new, supportive mattress will allow your body to truly rest and you’ll have more energy and feel more energetic.

Will my box spring work with an Astrabeds mattress?

You may use your box spring, but we ask that you set a piece of plywood over it. The springs inside box springs can unwind underneath your mattress and puncture it. This will damage your mattress and void your warranty.

Where can I try the mattress?

We don’t have our mattresses in any showrooms. We do offer a 90 night sleep trial. You can return your mattress for a full refund if you don’t enjoy how you’re sleeping. Find out more about our sleep trial and see why you’ll sleep without any stress.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer deals daily. You can see what promotions are running today on our deals page or on the product pages themselves. You’ll find the best deals for a comfortable night’s sleep there. Note, that you can’t combine deals.

What does your warranty cover?

We offer a 25 year warranty for our mattresses. Depending on what adjustable base you purchase, your warranty terms will be different. All information regarding adjustable base warranties as well as the complete warranty terms for our mattresses can be found on the Warranty Information page.

How can I place an order?

You can add items to your cast by visiting any of our product pages. Check out any time by accessing your shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of the page. From there you can check out. If you’d prefer to make an order over the phone, you can contact us at 1 (888) 880–0202. We will be happy to assist you with your order.

How can I pay for this?

We want you to be able to make your purchase with the greatest ease. That’s why we accept all major credit cards. You can also pay by check over the phone, but this could make the wait for your bed a little longer.

How long until I have my mattress?

Standard mattresses and foundations will ship from our manufacturing facility within three business days of ordering. Custom sized and split firmness mattresses take 10 business days to ship. Deliveries can take anywhere from one to five business days after shipping. They’re shipped using FedEx or UPS.

How long until I have my adjustable bed?

We ship adjustable bases using a professional freight company to make sure they are handled with care. Your adjustable will be delivered between two and five weeks with either white glove or curbside delivery.

How long until I have my bedding accessories?

We will ship your accessories with UPS or FedEx. They’ll arrive within one to two weeks.

What is White Glove Delivery?

White Glove Delivery is an added service that includes setup of your adjustable bed. Your adjustable bed will be sent to a White Glove Delivery Agent and they’ll schedule a time to come to your home and set up your sleeping experience. Please note: Your mattress will be delievered first and you should have this item before making an appointment. This option could delay delivery time.

What is Curbside Delivery?

Our standard shipping method is curbside delivery. Your items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS and delivered curbside. Delivery personnel aren’t allowed to enter your home or perform any setup of your mattress or other items. If you ordered an adjustable base, this item will ship with a special freight company and it will require a signature when it is delivered.

Will I have to sign for my packages?

Typically for mattresses and accessories, you’ll not need to sign for your package. Adjustable bases always need a signature when being delivered.

How can I see where my order is?

If you’d like to check the status of your order, you can log on to your account. You may also contact our customer service team by email at our customer service address or by phone at 1 (888) 880–0202.

How do I return or exchange my mattress?

If after 30 nights with your mattress you’re not satisfied, you may call us to receive an return authorization number and shipping address for you to return your mattress. Once you ship your bed and we receive it on our end, we will refund you in full. Learn about our 90 Night Sleep Trial here.

How can I replace my mattress?

We’re more than happy to help exchange your mattress for something that suits your needs more. You may call us at 1 (888) 880–0202 to set up an exchange for your mattress.
