You will be spending a third of your life or more on your new mattress, and we want your time there to be as comfortable as possible. We understand that even though we do work closely with our customers to match them with the best mattress based upon their unique sleep needs and requirements, the real test for the compatibility of the mattress to the individual comes after having slept on it for a period of time. We are so confident of the quality and superior comfort of our Orthopedic Memory foam mattresses, that we give you a full 90 night sleep trial exchange period to try out your new mattress!
If you are not satisfied with the feel of the mattress, we will exchange your mattress at no charge. We neither charge you a restocking fee, nor a reshipping fee for your new mattress exchange. All we ask is that you return the mattress to us in undamaged and unsoiled condition. You would just be responsible for any upgrade price differences. If your exchange mattress is less expensive than your original purchase, we will refund you the price difference! (Note: We do not sell returned mattresses. Any mattress that are returned are sanitized and donated to local charities.)
