Shipping Information

Mattresses & Foundations

All mattress orders ship in 10 days (excludes major holidays) via FedEx or UPS. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided by the customer.

Foundations usually ship within 5-7 business days via FedEx or UPS. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days.

Please Note:
Mattresses and foundations are shipped with curbside delivery by default unless otherwise explicitly stated. Curbside delivery for a mattress does not include a call or appointment for delivery. This curbside delivery method will place the package either at your driveway or nearest door.

Adjustable Bases

The adjustable bases take slightly longer as we ship them to you via professional freight to assure proper handling of your base. Delivery for items shipped via Freight is coordinated with you for your adjustable base by appointment only. You will be contacted ahead of time to arrange a date and time for your delivery. For your convenience, our free standard shipping is right to the curb by your home. Professional set up via White Glove service (inside delivery & assembly) is available for a nominal fee.

Curbside Delivery for Adjustable Bases (1-5 weeks)
This is the quickest way to receive an adjustable base. The adjustable bed is shipped with a professional freight carrier who will bring the package to the curbside of your home, but will not perform any assembly. This delivery is by appointment only and requires a signature, so you can rest easy knowing you wont miss the shipment.

White Glove Delivery for Adjustable Bases (2-6 weeks)
This method is for those who need their adjustable base(s) brought into their home and set up for them. The adjustable bed is shipped with a professional freight carrier to a local delivery company. Once it arrives there, the local delivery company will contact you to schedule a day and time to deliver and set up your adjustable base. This delivery is by appointment only and requires a signature. So, you can let us take care of the moving and lifting without worrying about missing the shipment.


Accessories (such as sheets, pillows, and protectors) usually ship via FedEx or UPS and will arrive in 1-2 weeks, separately from your mattresses and/or adjustable beds.

Will my order arrive all at once or in separate packages or shipments?

Typically, an order will arrive in 2-3 shipments with accessories being the first to arrive followed by mattresses and finally adjustable beds.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping options on select products at an additional cost.

Will I have to sign for my packages?

  • Mattresses and accessories typically do not require a signature for delivery.
  • Adjustable bases require a signature for delivery.
